Injury Law Professionals, APLC (“ILP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the information we collect, how we use and disclose it, and the choices and rights available to you under California law.
Notice at Collection: We collect the personal information described below for the purposes stated in Section 2. We do not sell or share personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising. You may exercise your rights at any time (see Section 5).

Identifiers – name, postal address, email address, telephone number
Case‑Related Details – facts about your injury or legal matter that you voluntarily provide
Sensitive Personal Information – health details or wage data you share for case evaluation
Internet / Device Data – IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, time spent
Geolocation Data – general location inferred from your IP address
Professional Information – employer name, occupation, or income details relevant to your claim
Audio / Electronic Communications – voicemails, call recordings, texts routed through Dialpad
Inferences – estimates we develop regarding case value or strategy
We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. If we discover such data, we will promptly delete it.
2. How We Use Your Information
Case Evaluation & Lead Response – to determine whether we can assist you and schedule a consultation
Client Communications – to call, email, or text you about your inquiry or ongoing matter. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.
Marketing – to send newsletters or updates (you may opt out at any time)
Site Analytics & Improvement – to understand website usage and enhance user experience
Legal & Regulatory Compliance – to meet our obligations under the State Bar of California, IRS, or court orders
Security & Fraud Prevention – to protect our website and systems from malicious activity
You may opt out of future marketing communications by replying “STOP,” clicking an unsubscribe link, or emailing info@ilpros.com. Message and data rates may apply.
3. How We Disclose Information
We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only:
To Service Providers – secure hosting, email, CRM, Dialpad, analytics, and similar vendors bound by confidentiality agreements
To Professional Advisors or Co‑Counsel – accountants, experts, or other attorneys working on your matter, subject to privilege
To Legal or Government Authorities – when required by subpoena, court order, or applicable law
In a Business Transfer – if ILP undergoes a merger or acquisition, your data will remain subject to this Policy
We do not disclose Sensitive Personal Information for purposes beyond those allowed by Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.121.
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use first‑ and third‑party cookies and similar technologies to recognize visitors, remember preferences, and perform traffic analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser; doing so may limit certain website features. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

How to Submit a Request:

6. Data Retention
Contact information: kept for up to 4 years from your last interaction, unless legal obligations require longer
Case‑related and Sensitive data: retained for at least 7 years in accordance with State Bar record‑keeping rules
Website analytics: retained for up to 26 months
You may request deletion at any time (subject to statutory exceptions).
7. Data Security
ILP employs administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including:
SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit
AES‑256 encrypted servers for data at rest
Role‑based access controls and multi‑factor authentication
Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
No transmission or storage system is guaranteed 100 % secure; transmission is at your own risk.
8. Third‑Party Links
Our website may link to external sites (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review those sites’ policies before providing personal information.
9. Attorney‑Client Relationship
Viewing our website or contacting us does not create an attorney‑client relationship. Such a relationship is formed only after you sign a written engagement agreement with ILP.
10. International Users
Our services target U.S. residents. By using our site from outside the U.S., you consent to transferring and storing your information in the United States, where privacy laws may differ.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted here with an updated “Last Updated” date. Significant changes will be highlighted or otherwise communicated.
